SCHEDULE UPDATES:  Check back this weekend for our new schedule.  Kids and Teens will be moving to new nights.  After Labor Day Weekend we are planning on adding several new adult times during the week.

POT LUCK LUNCH:  After our Baselines and Benchmark WOD on AUGUST 8th lets hang out and do lunch.  Bring a Paleo friendly dish (sign ups will be on the board next to Baseline times).  We will work on getting a grill so bring some meat and lets eat!

CrossFit Full Strength was established in 2009 to help meet the goals of individuals whether you are a hockey parent or an elite athlete performing at high levels. CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. The needs for Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree and not kind. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
