Double Under Challenge…

We will start this challenge August 1st.  Anyone doing this Challenge must meet at Full Strength at 10am (this will be after our Saturday WOD) on July 31st.  We will go over rules and exact details.  You will need to get your very own jump rope and have that with you July 31st.  All ropes that are property of FS must stay in FS.

Here is how this will work…the challenge will be 10 weeks long.  Each day you will have to complete a set time of Double Unders.  You may not break this up throughout the day.  Once the clock starts you must go straight through.  No stopping for cell phones, children, doorbells, or anything else.  If you miss a day you must mark that on the log and add that time to the following day.  So if you miss a 30 second day do 1 minute of double unders.  This is 1 min straight…not 30 seconds in the morning and 30 seconds later in the day.  Think about what happens if you miss a 5min day!  If you have any questions just let us know.

We will have copies of a LOG (there is also a link to download the LOG) for you to keep track of how many double unders you get daily.  Please fill this out as you go to ensure that you are staying current with the challenge.  We will have a Double Under Challenge Board set up.  This will have your name and a place for you to write your weekly double under total in.  Please update this each week!!!  This chart will also have your Baseline DU Total so that we can all see your progress.

Week 1 = 30sec per day

Week 2 = 1 min per day

Week 3 = 90sec per day

Week 4 = 2min per day

Week 5 = 2.5min per day

Week 6 = 3min per day

Week 7 = 3.5min per day

Week 8 = 4min per day

Week 9 = 4.5min per day

Week 10 = 5min per day
